Coco Sands Return Policy

Coco Sands happily accepts returns on all full-price, unworn or defective orders within 7 days from the day the merchandise is delivered. All merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund, including the original packaging. Returns not abiding by this policy will be returned to sender. The customer will be responsible for return/exchange shipping costs, with the exception that the item they received was incorrect or defective, in which case they should include that information in their email to and we will provide a return label.

*Please Note: Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned without an exchange will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.

*Orders placed during online sales/promotions are final—there will be no refunds or exchanges allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.

 Domestic Return Process:
- Please contact to let us know you would like to make a return or exchange within 7 days from the date the merchandise is delivered.
-  Include your email associated with the order, as well as the order number.
-  If your return is eligible, Coco Sands will email you a prepaid shipping label (if the product received was defective or incorrect), otherwise you can print your own from or purchase one at your local post office.  
-  Include the original invoice and the clean, unworn products in the original package. If you no longer have a copy of your packing slip, please request one by emailing
-  Attach your label to the package, addressed to the return address listed, and secure with tape.
-  Drop off at the appropriate shipping center.
